OTTAWA – Today the Green Party of Canada joins Canadians everywhere as we honour the sacrifices made by the men and women who have served in the Canadian Armed Forces.
On Remembrance Day, we are not only reminded of their service, and all that they have endured on our behalf, but also of what we owe them in return – proper care, concern and support when they come home; and a commitment to never glorify war, to avoid conflict and always seek peaceful solutions.
