South Korea:

If we do not succeed, our children will not forgive us. We have made good progress, back on the Bali Roadmap.  We have a balanced agreement, with LCA and KP.  Today's text clearly sets out the need for a low- carbon future.

The linchpin is the establishment of the Green Climate Fund.  That this is here is very important.

Very pleased tonight to say my thanks to you and congratulate you on hard work and dedication. Your flexibility and transparency. We welcome this text. It is not a perfect text, but we recognize it as progress. As Ban-Ki Moon said. We must not allow the prefect to be the enemy of the good. We welcome the proposals on adaptation, finance, capacity building. I am pleased you asked me to co-chair the section on shared vision.

We do have a few concerns but these concerns can wait. May I encourage all parties, knowing we have struggled hard, we have worked hard. It's not a done deal, but we can say we have left Cancun with something workable.
